This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.*If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY.*Any items returned after said 7 days will be assessed a 20% restock fee. And the customer is responsible for providing their own return label.*Claims for any damages must be made within 14 days upon delivery.*Claims for any damages made after said 14 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.*We will not accept returns without an accompanying RA#.   We will ask that you send the damaged item back to us and we are more than happy to send a replacement directly to you or directly to your customer!
